Depending on the status of your account verification, there are different ways to change your account name:
1. If your account verification is not yet complete, any typos in your name will be corrected by the relevant department during the verification process. You will be notified by email once the verification is complete.
2. If your account verification is already complete and you notice an error in your name after submitting your POI and Proof of Address (POA), please inform us immediately via Live Chat. We will forward your feedback to the relevant department for correction. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. If your account verification is already complete and you have changed your name on your ID, please send an email to email@example.com using your registered email. Attach your new POI document (both front and back) and include "New POI document" as the email subject. The relevant department will review and process your request.
