Depending on the status of your account verification, there are various methods to modify your account name:
If your account verification is still pending, any typographical errors in your name will be rectified by the concerned department during the verification process. You will receive an email notification once the verification is finalized.
If your account verification has already been completed and you identify an error in your name subsequent to submitting your Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) documents, please notify us immediately through Live Chat. If your account verification has already concluded and you have legally changed your name, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using your registered email address. Attach both the front and back copies of your new POI document and include "New POI Document" as the subject of the email. The relevant department will assess and process your request.
