Please be aware that if your trading account has a negative balance, any deposit you make to the account may be used to partially or fully cover the negative balance.

Once your request is approved, the negative balance will be cleared, but any bonus credit in your account will also be removed.
If you have deposited into a negative balance account, resulting in the full amount of the transaction not being reflected on your account, please use your registered email to send a reimbursement request to email@example.com within 3 working days of your successful deposit. The relevant department will assist you with your request and reply to your email.
