If your account has been inactive for a long period of time and has been archived, the account cannot be reactivated. If you wish to start trading again, simply log in to Client Portal with your original registered email, on the left side panel, click on Account > Open additional accounts.

 

Moreover, if you already have an existing VT Markets live account before, please note that you cannot use the same personal information to sign up again. If you wish to start trading again, please refer to the steps provided above to open an additional account.
