if your deposit is not visible from the platform, it is likely that we haven't received it. please note that majority of deposits are instant or processed within a few hours.
If you have used a Debit/Credit card to make a deposit, and funds are not visible on the MT4/5 platform, the transaction may not have gone through due to an issue from your bank/financial provider, that resulted in the transaction being blocked.
