To remove the credit bonus that you have got on your trading account, please send an email request to info@vtmarkets.com
The relevant department will assist you in removing the bonus within 1~2 working days and reply to your email once it is done.
Reminder: credit bonus cannot be recredited once removed.
And to opt out of the promotion(s), you may log in to the client portal and go to the promotional tab.
You may change your status to opt-out and click save, please refer to the screenshot below for more details.
