If you have a credit on one of your trading accounts, it is not allowed to make funds transfer between accounts as long as the credit is removed/cancelled.

If you decide to remove/cancel the credit from your account, you may contact our Customer Support via Live Chat to request a credit cancellation. Afterwards, you can transfer funds between trading accounts.
